Foundation Athletes

Preschool - Second (2nd) Grade

Our Foundation Athletes will focus on building proper movement mechanics, coordination, and confidence building exercises while educating them in a “pressure-free” environment. A few key areas we focus on for our Foundational Athletes include:

High School

Our Next-Level Athletes will take their overall athleticism to new heights! We design our Next-Level programming to focus on developing strength, conditioning, coordination, speed, agility, and power through different resistance and olympic lifting methods. We prepare our Next-Level Athletes both physically and mentally, and if our Athletes aspire to become College Level Players, we create a competitive, insipiring, and intense enviroment to help push, and prepare, them them for the "next-level." We still focus on comprehensive mechanics in their sport while pushing them outside their comfort zone by implementing the following:

Adult Athletes

Strength & Conditioning

Sick of going to the gym and doing the same old routine and gravitating toward the same machines you already know?  Our Strength & Conditioning Programs (S&C) will take you out of your comfort zone and test you mentally and physically. S&C Programs are designed by our Lead Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and regardless of age or fitness level, our S&C Programs are sure to give you the workout you are looking for. The focus is on core, endurance, balance, strength, agility, power, mobility, and speed.

Our S&C Classes our designed by our CSCS Trainers (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists) who apply scientific knowledge to improve your overall fitness and athleticism. Whether you participate in a sport or fitness program professionally, recreationally, or if you are a beginner, these classes are built to help you gain, or maintain, a healthy body.

CSCS Certifications are considered one of the most distinguished strength and conditioning specialty in the world due to its rigorous examination process and the level of expertise necessary to design and implement safe and effective strength and conditioning programs for both advanced athletes and novices, young and old. No matter your age, body type, or fitness level these classes are built for you!
